- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure guests are welcomed into the store properly.
- Develop personal ongoing relationships with customers.
- Fully responsible for achieving tasks of cashiers and merchandise daily.
- Help train staff to execute daily tasks and checklists.
- Take charge and utilize resources when problems arise; develop solutions before contacting Store Manager.
- Promote professional growth of team members.
- Additional duties as needed based on business needs.
