The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the Marketing Department’s success by creatively and efficiently navigating the completion of deliverables for multichannel and global Marketing Campaigns and Product Launches on-time, on-budget and within scope. To ensure a balanced approach that considers the goals of ongoing Marketing Campaigns, the brand guidelines, and the annual budget, the Marketing Manager will holistically manage all digital media publishing, and quarterly advertising/editorial calendar.

Highlighted Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Manage the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
• Obtain, analyze and communicate information relevant to Angelus markets and competitors to assist in accurate identification of marketing opportunities and growth strategies.
• Champion marketing campaigns and lead cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales and Engineering) to develop marketing content, execute plans and analyze effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain brand standards and ensure all company materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
• Minimum four years of experience in a Marketing Manager function
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams (internal and external)
• Experience in B2B manufacturing or aerospace environment
• This position requires global travel to tradeshow and industry events (5% - 15%)
