Picayune Music is a small business in Picayune, MS. We are professional, creative, customer-centric and our goal is to not only inspire, equip, and release creatives within the local area but to also do so in the surrounding areas.

We currently have over 200 students in our Music School and we are continuing to grow.
We are looking for a Vocal Teacher who:
- has experience in teaching beginner to advance level students
- is able to work Monday - Thursday (3 or 4 days)
- is able to work our key work hours of 3:30pm - 7pm
- outgoing personality and has a passion and love for teaching children, adults and every age in-between.
- has people management skills
- currently study music or degree in music education
- can make at least a 6month commitment
- conduct weekly private and group lessons and arrange lesson plans
- can make each lesson fun and enjoyable for students of all ages
- can teach another instrument is a bonus!
- wage is based on education and experience.

We are a family owned business. We have 2 recitals a year, with many other opportunities for our students to perform locally, auditions etc.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
