JOB SUMMARY
The Store Manager is the backbone of Tribal Nation Flower Company. The Manager’s main responsibility
is to coordinate and facilitate all transactions of the store. You must maintain records, facilitate contact with producers, embrace customer and staff education, understand marketing, and inventory control standards. As a Store Manager, you will train employees, maintain staff and financial records, and assist in determining the best prices based on market conditions. The Store Manager reports directly to TNFC Management Company and assists with inventory, marketing, and promotions.
Essential Duties
- Implement all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance Tribal Nation
Flower Company’s vision, goals, and objectives. - Help to coordinate and facilitate all wholesale and retail transactions and operations.
- Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
- Ensure inventory count reconciliations; daily, monthly, yearly is completed
- Define inventory KPIs and track them regularly
- Manage, supervise, and direct the activities of all assigned staff and communicate
- recommendations regarding hiring, disciplining, terminating, and advancing employees.
- Implement company policies and ensure staff adhere to the best practices.
- Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience.
- Review employee performance regularly and maintain employee records.
- Ensure ongoing staff education on wellness products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Oversee daily operations of inventory, work to identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions for
- continuous improvements
- Proficiency in the use of inventory software
- Assist in the development of budgets and sales forecasts.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all products in-store, as well as industrywide product and
- trend knowledge.
- Maintain and process online customer orders.
- Maintain cash handling standards, balancing, and audit cash drawers.
- Contributes to a team effort.
- Collaborate with Management to maintain policies, procedures, and activities about regulations
- set forth by the Cannabis Commission
- Any reasonable request by management
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record
- Responsible for the accuracy of records and reports]

Qualification
Minimum education required:
- High school diploma / GED. Associates of Arts degree in business preferred
- Experience
- Minimum experience required:
- Must be at least 21years of age.
- Minimum of Two (2) years in Tribal Cannabis Dispensary Management experience
- Must have at least five (5) years of management experience, including Retail management
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) applicants are strongly preferred
- Must have history of strong work ethic
- Knowledge of customer marijuana policies, law, compliance, and regulations
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email and internet applications.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug test for all substances non-cannabis
- Must have a valid Driver’s License

PRCI Tribal Preference:
In accordance with applicable Tribal Law and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the PRCI
Administration shall give preference in hiring, promotion, transfer, and lay-off to enrolled members of the
Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians. To qualify for this preference, applicants must meet minimum
qualifications of employment and submit verification of enrollment in the Tribe. Tribal preference means
that Tribal Members who are equally qualified as non-tribal members will be hired. In addition, on the
Human Resources Interview rubric that allows for a total of 75 points during interviews, Tribal members
will be awarded an additional 7.5 points (10% of total allotted points) counted in the overall tally. Tribal
members who are not Chukchansi will receive Indian preference by awarding five additional points (6.7%
of the total allotted points).
Indian Preference Statement:
Under CFR 25, Part 276 and by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Section 701(b) and 703(i), preference in
filling all vacancies provided to qualified PRCI Tribal Members and/or other American Indian/Alaska
Native Candidates.
