Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies

- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to educate students with diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and productive learning environment
- Proficiency in tutoring students individually or in small groups
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to address student challenges effectively
- Knowledge of Montessori or other alternative teaching methods is a plus
- Experience in curriculum development to tailor lessons to meet the needs of students
