What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Foreman/Finisher position at Piccolomini Development?
Piccolomini Development is a site development company specializing in commercial and residential excavation, underground utilities, site development, and decorative and traditional concrete.
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman/Finisher that can run a 3-6 man crew. Applicants must have experience with grading, lasers, reading plans, flatwork, vertical walls, curb and gutter, and the ability to plan ahead and take initiative.

When working for Piccolomini Development as an Concrete Foreman/Finisher, you can expect that we will provide a safe working environment and the tools and equipment necessary to complete any project on-time and on-budget. As an Concrete Foreman/Finisher you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily work required for the placement of concrete pavements, curbs, curb gutter, sidewalk and ADA ramps for commercial and heavy/highway projects. You will be given a set of plans, material quantities, production schedule, etc. All of which will be reviewed with our internal team. A pre-construction meeting will be held with our staff, as well as the staff from the respective project owners/engineers/PM's, etc.

5 years experience in civil/concrete construction
3 years of successful project completion as an Concrete Foreman/Finisher
40-50 hours per week
