Our preference is to hire someone on a part-time basis to start (2-3 days per week), with the possibility to be full-time after a 4 to 6 month probationary period.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel between 20 local properties as needed. Respond to inspect site issues/work orders as requested by Property Manager. Make minor repairs, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting as needed.
- Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with tenants, coworkers, and vendors
- Demonstrate ability to work alone and follow safety protocols.
- Take initiative to suggest required property improvements
- Inspect grounds and pick up trash at properties. Inspect roofs, lighting, and HVAC systems regularly
- Meet with and give access to HVAC, fire alarm, electrical, and plumbing vendors when scheduled
- Manage janitorial vendors and janitorial supply inventory at office properties
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable vehicle to start, mileage will be paid, with possibility for company vehicle when full-time
- Background screenings required
- Part-time schedule is flexible, with hours between 7 AM and 4 PM Monday-Friday. Some on-call time is required for emergencies
- $22per hour to start
