- Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
- Making ready apartments (punching andpainting)
- Running work order tickets
- On-call maintenance emergencies
- Special assigned property projects
- Snow removal
- Providing exceptional customer services to residents
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle
- Starting at $22.00 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management
- Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community
- Snow removal
- Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed
- Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully
- Valid driver's license required
- Background and drug screening required
- Reliable vehicle
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm with rotating on-call
- Starting hourly rate $22!
