Brief Job Description:
This is a Second Shift Position, from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm.
This employee will be responsible for providing case management services at our Pickaway Men's Recovery Housing. Employee will also be responsible for meeting productivity standards and ensuring prompt, timely, and accurate documentation of services provided, as well as other duties as assigned.
Education/Skill Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum License Requirement: CDCA
- Experience working with Managed Care Providers
- Excellent Electronic Health Record skills
Daily Percentage of Job Duties
Case Management Services 60 – 70%
Documentation of Case Management Services 15 – 20%
Other duties as assigned 15 – 20 %
