Brief Job Description:
- To assist persons who are chemically dependent, or who are abusing substances. Conduct Assessments, Individual and/or Group Services, Case Management, and any other services offered by PARS, Inc. Assist with the development of Treatment Plans, be responsible for ensuring prompt, timely and accurate documentation of services provided, and prepare progress reports as needed.
- Abide by HIPAA and PHI privacy and security rules and regulations at all times.
- Answer the telephone and relay messages as needed.
Education/Skills Requirements:
- Minimum- High School Diploma or Equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum License-CDCA (higher license preferred)
- Knowledgeable about alcohol and drug addiction
