We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Assistant Student Work Study. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of basic maintenance and craftsman tasks to maintain and provide safe facilities and a safe environment for students and school personnel
- Lifts heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bends, stands, climbs ladders, or walks
- Works safely in an environment containing caustic chemicals, cleaning materials, dust, and noise
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a current student enrolled in the Pickens County School District
- Have a valid S.C. driver's license
- Be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
