Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job description

We are looking for a multi-family maintenance technician to join our team! This position would consist of various maintenance responsibilities at The Preserve at Westview located in Greer, SC. Applicant must be a team player, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Experience in carpentry and general maintenance is a PLUS.

Weekends and on call hours may be required. We offer competitive pay and a great benefits package!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections of property to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Assist in carpentry tasks and other facility improvements as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
