Cleaning Experience is definitely NOT necessary - we will train the right candidate. We provide a thorough training program that involves both classroom training and field training with a certification process.
You must be able to work well independently, take great pride in your work and be willing to help your team succeed as a whole. You will primarily be cleaning in residential homes, but there will be some commercial cleaning as well.
Work hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Night and weekend shifts are available if needed, but majority of shifts are focused around school schedule hours.

- Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 25 pounds and ability to climb a two-step ladder
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of assigned areas, both residential and commercial, following company checklists
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure that all cleaning equipment is well-maintained
- Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by management
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Complete daily reports for accountability
- Ability to take direction and redirection as necessary
- Maintain positive attitude with team and management
- Take responsibility and accountability for mistakes and take action to correct mistakes
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay:
- Starting pay of $17.00 plus tips
- Performance-based raises with ongoing reviews
- Paid weekly - every Friday, via direct deposit for the previous week's hours
- Travel time paid
Service Area & Travel:
- Travel is expected in this position due to the nature of the work. Job assignments are in Marion County, Mahaska County, Wapello County, Monroe County and Poweshiek County. We try to schedule as logically as possible to avoid multiple trips
- Drive time is paid at $8.00 an hour while traveling to job assignments
