What You’ll Accomplish:
- Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the work of outsourced labor, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Operate a forklift to move boxes and pallets within the warehouse, following safety guidelines
- Load trailers according to specific instructions, ensuring accurate and efficient loading processes
- Maintain a clean and organized test environment
- Assist in planning and executing test scenarios, working closely with the engineering team
- Collect and record data related to test performance, including metrics on speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Identify and report any issues or anomalies observed during testing
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including forklift operation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of robotic systems and automation is preferred
- Active forklift operator certification
- Punctual, reliable and committed to excellence in everything you do
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects of approximately 60-70lbs.Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- This role will be expected to work five days per week at our Charlestown facility at 425 Medford St,Charlestown,MA-02129
