We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Pickleball / Sport Court Resurfacing. This position involves preparing and resurfacing pickleball courts to ensure they meet high standards of quality and safety. Duties
- Assess the condition of existing pickleball court surfaces and identify areas needing repair or resurfacing.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and leveling as necessary to ensure a smooth finish.
- Apply appropriate resurfacing materials according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Ensure proper curing times and conditions are maintained during the resurfacing process.
- Conduct final inspections to confirm that surfaces meet quality standards before opening courts for use.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Skills
- Experience in surface preparation and application techniques, particularly with sports court materials, is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify imperfections in surfaces.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment used in court resurfacing.
- Good physical stamina, as the role may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
