Our Shift Managers play a very important role in the success of Pickleman’s team! Responsibilities include training and coaching Pickleman’s team associates, keeping the team's enthusiasm and motivation high and the restaurant tidy and sanitary so that our customers are sure to enjoy their experience!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Support operational tasks
- Strive to exceed customer expectations including food preparation and presentation, restaurant cleanliness, and aid in creating a friendly atmosphere for staff and customers to enjoy!
- Work as a part of the Management Team with training and development of other Pickleman’s team members
- Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards along with Pickleman’s policies and procedures
- Work as a team player with an eagerness for continuous growth / learning
Salary : $15 - $19
