ASSISTANT MANAGER (SALES)

PickUp USA Fitness is currently hiring for the Assistant Manager (sales) position at our fast-growing fitness club.
Are you passionate about sports and driven by results? PickUp USA is looking for a motivated, energetic, and reliable Assistant Manager to help lead and grow our sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and a love for basketball and youth development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute sales strategies for membership, programs, leagues, and events
- Assist in customer outreach, onboarding, and follow-up
- Help manage inquiries, registrations, and client relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals and grow community engagement
- Provide in-person and virtual support at events and sessions as needed
Qualifications:
- Sales experience or strong sales aptitude (REQUIRED)
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable speaking with parents, players, and partners
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, email campaigns, and social media is a plus
- Availability on evenings and weekends preferred
