Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Licensed Pump Installer or Licensed Well Driller to join our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water well drilling, pump system installation, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment
- Install, service, and repair water well pumps and pumping systems
- Perform water well testing and inspections
- Troubleshoot pump system issues and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Complete accurate job reports and maintain records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Pump Installer or Well Driller (Pump Installer, Journeymen, ERG, Master)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus!)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs
