As a Growth Analyst (Proposals) at Picogrid, you'll dive deep into our users' needs and how they connect to critical national security challenges. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products and translate your insights into compelling proposals, white papers, and presentations that drive business growth.
You'll work closely with customers, founders, and technical stakeholders to identify long-term opportunities and shape capture, pricing, and outreach strategies. Your writing will help secure partnerships, influence decision-makers, and drive the future of autonomous systems in defense.

In this role, you'll
- Act as the primary author and project manager for Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposal (RFP) responses.
- Engage with the DoD and startup partners, tailoring your communication style to suit different audiences, from senior military leaders to end users.
- Gain thorough knowledge of Picogrid's products and effectively demonstrate their alignment with the critical mission requirements of current and prospective Defense clients.
- Maintain a superior proposal infrastructure, incorporating best practices from major defense contractors and the commercial sector, and improve the caliber of written content.

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
