Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of various craft employees and subcontractors on site.
Daily site visits will be conducted to coordinate activities, equipment, and safety issues. The superintendent will be responsible for construction and job planning, maintaining records of RFI's, submittals, and change order logs.
The candidate will interpret plans and specifications, coordinate the procurement of supplies necessary for construction work, and direct daily inspections of support of excavation, utility mark outs, and fall prevention.
Additionally, the superintendent will coordinate with the Site Safety Representative to ensure adherence to safe work practices and all applicable Federal, State, local, and Client requirements.
