Piconics, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of microelectronic inductors.
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team for the U.S. & International Territories.
This individual will be responsible for promoting our products with both new and existing customers.
The role requires technical knowledge and ability to discuss product features confidently.
The successful candidate will oversee our manufacturer representatives in the U.S. & International Territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in outside and inside sales activities for the U.S. & International sales territories.
- Develop and qualify potential leads.
- Prepare quotes and proposals in response to customer requests.
- Manage all aspects of Customer Service.
- Annually prepare sales forecasts for upper management.
- Oversee manufacturer reps and assist with quotations, training, business development, and customer issue resolution.
- Travel to meet with customers to promote our products.
- Lead trade show preparation and participation.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
- Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Perform other sales and customer service related duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- Able to travel domestic and foreign (30-50% of time).
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well organized and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Sales role (RF & MW Industry preferred).
