About Us:
Located in the heart of beautiful Holly Hill, Florida, Pictona is more than just a pickleball facility. We are a community hub where players of all ages and skill levels come together to enjoy the sport they love. Our on-site restaurant serves up a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes, making Pictona not just a place to play pickleball, but also a culinary destination. We also operate a concession stand, called The Depot. The Depot is open during tournaments and special events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
