Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented maintenace worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of Pictona are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. This role is vital to creating a positive experience for our guests and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas, including restrooms, common areas, pickleball courts, and offices.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap in restrooms.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and special requests.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service.
