Duties
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize Google Suite and Office applications for various administrative tasks, including document creation and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time management.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Office applications is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
