Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer/ Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Labor/ Concrete tasks, including but not limited to concrete finishing, rebar, form boards, grinding & chipping with power tools. The candidate will be able to lift 100lbs & endure the outdoor elements. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret schematics while ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for executing projects efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Fabricate components as needed for installations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operate Power Tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
• Manage construction tasks including concrete work and application.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

Experience

• Proven experience in installation roles, particularly concrete, rebar & form boards
• Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
