Manufacturing Company located in Warren, NJ looking for a Part Time Front Office Clerk to assist our Office Manager. This is the ideal position for the person who loves handling a wide variety of responsibilities and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help get the job done in a fast paced, high volume environment.
In this position you will:
- Efficiently answer and respond to telephone calls and customers' needs
- Politely greet visitors and customers
- Maintain flow of incoming/outgoing mail; retrieve, sort & distribute.
- Login to desktop and use Outlook email
- Scan and email Packing Slips and Invoices to customers
- Match invoices with packing slips (A/P)
- Minor HR responsibilities
- File paper documents as required
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Type: Part-time
