Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix covers per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight / rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. Our per diem positions are W-2.
Compensation : The pay for this position is $120.00 / hour for 24 hour shift and $130.00 / hour for 12 hour shift.
Benefits for Per Diem members include :
PTO : Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO.
Holidays : Per diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.
Other compensation : Per diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
