Piece by Piece Moving and Storage / Movin' On Movers is seeking a General Manager to lead our North Carolina location. This role requires someone who can step up, take charge, and optimize our operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and top-tier service.

✅ Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient moving & storage services

✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of movers, drivers, and office staff

✅ Drive revenue growth through exceptional customer service and strategic decision-making

✅ Manage budgets, cost controls, and profitability metrics

✅ Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies

✅ Build relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners

✔️ Proven experience in the moving & storage or logistics industry

✔️ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management

✔️ Ability to analyze data, manage KPIs, and drive operational improvements

✔️ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

✔️ Experience in hiring, training, and retaining top talent

✔️ A results-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and excellence

✔️ Someone who acts as an owner, celebrating team wins and taking responsibility when the team comes up short

💰 Salary: $75,000 - $100,000/year

💰 Bonus & Commission: Eligible after Year 1
