Construction - Project Coordinator - Administrator
Job description :
As a construction Coordinator - Administrator, your primary responsibilities are to support the operations of construction projects. You will assist the Project Managers with finding and hiring the necessary sub-contractors, managing supplies, updating clients on progress and helping to keep the projects within budget. We are seeking someone who is great on the phone, has solid analytical skills and is detail-oriented. The Coordinator - Administrator will work as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator - Administrator will administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have superb interpersonal skills, you could thrive in this environment. Duties to include :
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Support Project Manager’s with various administrative help
- Call customers to schedule work or receive sign offs after completion
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
- Review and validate initial field documentation
- Daily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit and work-in-progress
- Prepare job file reports
- Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the close-out process
- Assist other departments, as needed
