We currently have the following position available :

Working Field Service Supervisor with Retail and Food Service experience.

• The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses the skills and experience necessary to assess what is required to perform a given Repair & Maintenance – Construction function; from the labor / skills needed to do the work as well as the required materials and tools
• The candidate must also be able & willing to perform work functions when the situation allows, typically during overnight hours
• The candidate will also assist management with the documentation of work to be performed or that has been completed; creating lists of functions to do, or that were performed, taking and compiling pictures as necessary to be included in proposals or updates to clients
• The candidate will also be required to meet and interface with client reps. for the purposes of understanding Repair & Maintenance issues that need to be addressed, coordinating work to be performed with other in-house Techs and reviewing work that has been performed for the purposes of obtaining sign-offs by the client
• Previous experience with directing field personnel with emphasis on coordinating of internal labor, sub-contractors, equipment and materials is preferred
• Experience and a comfort level in interacting with clients, field personnel, and management staff is preferred
• Organizational and communications skills with ability to utilize current technology : Tablets, PCs, email, etc. is preferred
• A strong work ethic : "Anything, Any Time, Anywhere, Whatever it takes” to provide outstanding service to our clients"
• Most of our work is performed at night

This position reports to our New Hyde Park, NY office.

Pay rate negotiable and based on skill level and experience.
