We are looking for a motivated Production Manager to supervise the daily production of all baked goods.
1-2 years of supervisory experience in baked goods is required.
Full Time - 35-40 hrs. minimum (min. one weekend day). Must have a flexible schedule.
Starting Pay: $18-20/hr. Depending on experience.
Bakery Production Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervising a staff of 20 or more.
Mixing, Baking, and Cake Decorating.
Maintaining the production schedule.
Monitoring Inventory.
Ordering Ingredients and Supplies.
