Job Description :
Low-Voltage Security Service Technician
You Are :
A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have :
Experience on : Commercial sites with Security CCTV, Access Control.
Ability to : climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools, lift 75 lbs.
A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Our Office : 330 West 38th Street, New York, NY 10018
Our Clients : New York Metro
Your Schedule :
Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – Mon-Fri (8 : 00am-4 : 30pm)
O pportunity to participate in 24 / 7 on-call service rotation. Weekly stipend for being available via phone, and OT rate for actual work required whether remote or in person.

Servicing Commercial LV Systems : Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Networks, etc.
Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
Respond to and resolve support / service tickets
Phone and email support as needed
Advanced troubleshooting of devices
Maintain remote access databases : DVR, Access Control and Alarm systems.
Train clients on use of systems

Security Installation
Low-Voltage Cable Pulling - If you were hands-on with the LV devices
Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install! / service
Electrician (HV / LV) - If you were hands-on with the LV devices
POM's Contribution to You :
62k to $104k / yr ($30-$50 / hr) – Yup!
