Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic programs to address behavioral challenges
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize data collection methods to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Strong skills in behavioral therapy and behavioral health practices
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Competence in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation
