Full Job Description
We are looking for a Service Supervisor. A Service Supervisor will act as a liaison for the Service Manager, provide quality customer service, develop service team members, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The Service Supervisor is to assist with the daily/monthly service schedule, execute & supervise pest control service programs in full accordance with company objectives, policies & systems in a manner that provides the highest quality service while meeting all safety, health & environmental standards. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Service Supervisor duties and responsibilities include scheduling appointments and providing general administrative support to our office staff and service specialists. Previous experience as a Service Supervisor and/or pest control experience would be an advantage. A successful Service Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle basic administrative duties. Ultimately, the Service Supervisor should be able to assist with quality customer service delivery, help to improve company procedures, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize service operations and procedures
- Daily field involvement to assist Service Specialists and perform Quality Assurance audits for current customers
- Coordinate with Service Manager on all service equipment
- Ensure that daily actions are customer and employee centric
Skills
- Knowledge of pest control , office responsibilities, systems and procedures is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to manage processes and lead team members with goal orientated results
- Familiarity with human resource procedures
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Experience in sales will be a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree: additional qualification as a Service Supervisor will be a plus
