Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our non-profit transportation office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Greenwood County scheduling and mileage logs.
Responsibilities
- Take referrals for transportation.
- Take appointments and schedule daily routes.
- Check pre-trip vehicle inspection sheets for immediate repairs.
- Keep client files up to date.
- Make file and Rolodex cards for new clients. Notify them when approved.
- Attend transportation department meetings.
- Attend annual staff meeting.

- Positive attitude and work well with others in a close office environment
