NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP)
Job Details
Service lines include Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology (required), ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant (required), Ophthalmology, General surgery (required), GYN (required) & Orthopedics (required)
Weekend : Every Other
Call : Variable - Will be discussed during interview
Floating : Within facility / scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
Minimum Experience : 3 years - Unit accepts first time travelers
Compliance : FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
Job Requirements
3 years of experience required
State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
Annual Nursys (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
Schedule Information
RTO : MAX 7 days
Holidays : Expected to work major holidays if they fall within assignment period
Unit Specific Information
Unit accepts first time travelers
Floating within facility / scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
