Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support NIH Stroke Certification State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Ability to assess, evaluate and drive discharge plan. Coordinate services to the patient's appropriate level of care. Ensure that treatment plan is initiated, evaluated and re-evaluated daily. Follow the progress and lack thereof daily. Monitor length of stay and identify barriers to discharge. Follow Medicare regulatory guidelines regarding patient choice, IMM notices and MOONS. Job Requirements 3 years minimum experience required. Unit accepts first time travelers. Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit. Schedule Information Monday-Friday No weekend shifts No call required Floating within facility / scope of practice as needed Maximum RTO of 7 days Holidays : Expected to work major holidays if they fall within assignment period. Unit Specific Information Unit accepts first time travelers. Additional Details Photo ID Required Compliance : FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
