Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support NIH Stroke Certification State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. WILL ACCEPT WOUND CARE NURSE OR WOCN 3 Years of specific Hyperbaric experience required. Unit accepts first time travelers, but prefers those with experience Staffing Ratios : 1 : 2 Patient Age Group : Neonates-Geriatrics Unit Systems : Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR Varied, acute and chronic disease states- following CMS approved diagnoses for hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Carries out hyperbaric oxygen treatment, clinic has 3 chambers, will assist as safety lead for unit. Performs operational procedures to facilitate coordinated and efficient delivery of Hyperbaric services. Job Requirements GA License or Compact required FULL COMPLIANCE REQUIRED to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule Schedule Information RTO : MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling is Not Guaranteed If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Unit Specific Information Candidate must review / sign prior to start.
