Minimum Experience : 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted
Patient Population : Adults to Geriatrics
General Skills and Work Setting Requirements : Oncology diagnoses from diagnosis to death, Hematology diagnoses, DNR / CC, Oncologic emergencies, Occasional off service; chemo precautions, morphine drips, dilaudid drips, cadd pumps, pca pumps
Ratio / Census : 1 : 6; 19 Beds with average daily census of 15
Unit Systems : Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
Scrub Color : Navy Blue
RTO : MAX 7 days
Weekends : Every other weekend
Floating : Yes, within facility and possibly at Piedmont Augusta Summerville (3 miles from main campus)
Call Requirements : None
Holidays : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Compliance : Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Contract Length : 14 days
Holidays : Major Holidays are listed below : New Year’s Eve and Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving / Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Day.
