Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need a graduate degree in nursing and current licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is also required. Advanced certification in the field of specialty is preferred, but not necessary. If you are a new graduate of a nursing program, we encourage you to apply.
