Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support Job Details Minimum Experience : 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population : Adults to Geriatrics Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Job Requirements Certifications Required : BLS State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date Annual Nursys (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date Schedule Information RTO : MAX 7 days (Case-by-case basis for pre-approved time off requests) Weekends : None Floating : Yes, will be required to cross-train at both Piedmont Columbus Regional campuses and be competent to treat on the inpatient rehab and acute care units. Holidays : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
