Full time Engagement Specialist position requires relationship-building skills including assisting, supporting, and communicating professionally in a timely manner with clients, other professionals, reimbursement staff, and referral sources. The Engagement Specialist will be responsible for performing intake functions, organizing and completing electronic medical record paperwork, answering phone calls, completing Medicaid authorizations, completing mailings, and other needs of Same Day Access. This is a fast-paced position that supports client engagement in Mental Health and / or Substance Use services. Bachelor's degree in human services field is preferred but not required. Demonstration of basic knowledge of behavioral health conditions is preferred. Must have excellent keyboarding and communication skills. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position
