Adult ID/DD Support Coordinator Manager needed to provide supervision and oversight to ID/DD Support Coordinators primarily in Franklin and Patrick County. Assist with screenings for ID/DD Waivers. Review record/documentation for compliance with DMAS, DBHDS, and licensure regulations. Provide support coordination/case management services to a small number of adults with intellectual /developmental disabilities.
Asist with staff training. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required. At least one-year experience working with the population is preferred must be computer literate. Salary is commensurate with education & experience as it relates to the position.
