Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budget adherence.
- Lead project teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractor performance and contracts.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project scheduling.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Proficiency in construction accounting software (Viewpoint, Sage, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with design-build projects.
- Experience with Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission and or Board of Regents projects
