We are thrilled to offer a $500.00 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, must be new to the company, full-time and must have one year or more of Dental Assistant experience.

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant II, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our young patients while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. This position requires the flexibility to travel to one or more locations as needed, ensuring consistent support across all six practices (SouthPark, Blakeney, South Gaston, Belmont, Doby's Bridge, Tega Cay).
Schedule:
- Full Time 8-hour Shift Monday- Friday
- Part- Time, hours will be based on candidate availability and need of the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist pediatric dentists chairside during procedures, ensuring seamless care
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment
- Create a welcoming and comforting experience for young patients
- Capture dental X-rays while following safety guidelines
- Educate parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and support front-office operations
What We’re Looking For:
- CDA or EFDA certification
- Coronal Polishing & Nitrous Oxide certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, HIPAA regulations, and infection control
- Experience with pediatric patients (preferred)
- Familiarity with Curve dental software (preferred)
- Bilingual skills? That’s a plus!
