In this role you will...
- Data & Document Collection: Support audit preparation, internal reviews, and ongoing compliance by collecting and organizing key documents and data.
- Business License & Registration Management: Maintain and track all company business licenses, registrations, and renewals across jurisdictions.
- Accounting Tasks: Manage various accounting tasks, including system entry as directed by the PDS Controller or Director of Partnerships, business license management, and other system-related assignments.
- Accruals: Perform monthly accruals for payroll and other key financial areas such as leases.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, insurance audits, and other compliance-related initiatives.
- Reporting Assistance: Help with basic financial or operational reporting, pulling saved searches, or supporting ad-hoc data needs.
- PE Partner Communication: Act as the primary contact for communication and document exchange with the PE firm’s regional controller.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic Excel skills (Power Query or SQL experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to learn and work within business systems like NetSuite
- A flexible, proactive mindset and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Interest in developing broader skills in finance, compliance, or business operations over time
- Prior office or administrative experience is helpful, but not required
