A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CASUAL DINING ROOM SERVER ASSISTANT:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time casual dining room Server Assistant. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate attention to all upon seating with water and bread service. You quickly set up and bus tables. Having a great eye for details, you also crumb tables and other glass surfaces as required.
You are careful to keep your dining room and service pantry clean and organized. You promptly refill drinks and clear away dirty dishes. Taking pride in your dining area, you are conscientious about adhering to health codes and cleaning procedures as well as completing side work. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great dining experience!
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time serving position requires working variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some comparable busser or wait-service experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and push, pull or lift up to 30 lbs.
Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality-type work experiences are highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
