Staff RN, PCU, Nights
The staff nurse provides high-quality patient care to individuals from birth through their entire lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards of professional practice in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff members.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of a recognized nursing program.
Experience:
New graduates of a nursing program are eligible to apply. For PRN positions, one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required.
Licensure/Certification:
Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Multistate License (NLC/eNLC).
BLS certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred. Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable, is also desirable.
Nursing experience in a hospital setting is highly valued.
