Our hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding client services and assist if facilitating patient care in a fast-paced, multi-doctor equine practice.
The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front office duties. These tasks vary by day but primarily include : answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. To be successful in this role, clear communication and organizational skills are key. A receptionist in this role will be required to work as part of a team scheduling appointments in both the hospital and within the surrounding service area.
