- Certification Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is Required
- State License Verification is Required for the State of Georgia
- NURSYS Verification is Required for RN, LPN/LVN, and AP Licenses
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam is Required
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 Year of Experience; Prefer Full Year of Lymphedema Experience or Will Accept First Time Travelers
- PATIENT POPULATION: Hospital-based Outpatient Lymphedema Services with a Mix of Young/Middle Adults to Geriatrics and Various Diagnoses
- BLS Certification is Mandatory
- Lymphedema Certification is Mandatory
- Licensed in the State of Georgia
- Need Outpatient Experience; Acute Inpatient Experience Preferred
- EPIC System Knowledge is Required
- Monday and Wednesday: 9:45am – 6:15pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Flexible Schedule Consideration: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm; Friday: 7:30am – 12noon
- Minimum 4 Day Weekend Coverage per Week
- Major Holidays: Work one major holiday if assigned; work two major holidays if assigned; work two out of three major holidays if assigned
- Hospital-based Outpatient Lymphedema Services
- Work with OTs/OTAs, PT/PTAs, and SLP on a PRN Basis along with Wound Care Clinic
- Photo ID Required
- AHA or ARC Certification Accepted; RQI Certificates also Accepted
